Checkout Form - Remember contact information?
When you check the "Remember contact information" box on the contact form to remember your contact information, the data in the fields will be stored in a cookie and stored on your computer. Then next time you go to the checkout page, those details will be loaded again. If you wish to remove the contact details, then you can do so by removing the cookie, or by unticking the "Remember conact information" box and completing and submitting the checkout form.
How long do you keep my information for?
We may keep contact information about information requesters as long as we deem it necessary to fulfil the requests, maintain records of delivered information, or conduct customer service, sales, and marketing activities, unless and until an individual or that individual's employer requests that we delete the information.

GCT does not share, sell, or lease personal information about you to any third-parties for their marketing use other than those listed on this page. GCT will release information about you if you direct it to do so, if GCT is

GCT may on occasions pass your Personal Information to third parties exclusively to process work on its behalf. GCT requires these parties to agree to process this information based on our instructions and requirements consistent with this Privacy Notice and GDPR.
GCT do not broker or pass on information gained from your engagement with us without your consent. However, GCT may disclose your Personal Information to meet legal obligations, regulations or valid governmental request. GCT will process personal data during the duration of any subscription or contractual relationship and will continue to store only the personal data needed for six years after the contractual relationship has expired to meet any legal obligations. After six years any personal data not needed will be deleted.
Data is held in the EEA and the USA using different (multiple) servers. Where data is transferred to countries outside the EEA, we will ensure the appropriate safeguards are in place.

In the event that GCT refuses your request under rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why, which you have the right to legally challenge.
GCT at your request can confirm what information it holds about you and how it is processed
GCT will accept the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested: a copy of your national ID card, driving license, passport, birth certificate and a utility bill not older than three months. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required. If GCT is dissatisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before personal data can be released.
