2.54mm Pin Headers and Sockets

2.54mm pitch spacing pin headers and sockets are are available in through hole or surface mount in single, double and triple row. Straight, right angle and U shaped configurations allow a wide variety of design options.

High temperature 2.54mm (.1") pitch connectors withstands high temperature solder processes up to 280°C (IR Reflow) with LCP or Nylon 6T insulators.

Operating temperature is -40°C to + 105°C with a current rating of 3 amps.

  • Headers offer customer specifiable pin lengths and spacer heights
  • Elevated stacking headers and sockets
  • Choice of male pin and female contact material and plating
  • Female headers available with a choice of insulator height
Pin headers and sockets are available in tape & reel, tube and plastic box packaging. For automatic pick and place processing, we offer caps for headers and film for sockets, these options are available in tape & reel and tube.
