During April 2020, GCT implement contingency and emergency plans in order to seek recovery from the disruption caused by COVID-19.

As of today, we are proud to announce that these plans have exceeded our targets in all areas:

Production Facilities

100% of GCT’s production facilities are now operational, with all personnel shortages fully addressed during April 2020.

Availability of Production Capacity

GCT’s production facilities are now operating at 100% of capacity prior to COVID-19, and in some cases in excess of 100%. 

Recovery from Production Backlog

During April 2020, GCT sought to address production backlogs resulting from COVID-19. These backlogs have been fully cleared for all but a handful of products, which we will continue to aggressively address during May and June.

Continuity of Customer Services and Logistics

The global impacts of COVID-19 continue to represent a challenge for supply chains and customer support functions. GCT’s continuity plans have ensured that both customer service and logistical support have remained at 100% of pre-COVID level throughout April, and will continue to offer the highest level of support to our customers.

Special Measures COVID-19 Projects

In addition to the above, GCT have put in place special measures to ensure priority support to manufacturing projects specifically related to COVID-19. Please notify GCT at the earliest stage of projects that should be included under these measures.
